Workers United for Eco Maintenance, a cooperative working to protect the environment and promote fair-wage jobs, is made up of highly trained workers / owners who are dedicated to employing ecologically sound cleaning methods and providing the highest quality of service.

Not only do we use Eco-friendly products, so our cleaning does not damage the environment, but we help you to promote social justice by guaranteeing workers receive fair wages, develop their leadership and have a full voice in their workplace.

Many of us fought in exploitive workplaces and organized to improve our rights. Instead of working for others, we have decided to create our own high road green cleaning company.

The Chicago Workers' Collaborative has supported our development over the past year so we may become self-sufficient. Presently, we have six employees working at $10.00 per hour.
